Specialised children’s and young people’s face to face & online counselling, psychotherapy and counselling psychology services, delivered by professionals who have undergone additional qualifications to work with children and young people safely.
We do not offer counselling reports for use in court proceedings or as part of a medical diagnosis
Limited funding is available thanks to Little Lives Charity, please enquire via email to find out if your child or young person is eligible for funded sessions

ADULT Services

Counselling, psychotherapy and counselling psychology using an integrative approach harnessing several modalities including hypnotherapy and The Rewind Technique especially effective in PTSD and trauma.

Family therapy

We have excellent online or face 2 face therapists for family work pulling on psychodynamic and systemic theories.

Parent Counselling

An Assessment is the process by which we would gather a good background of the person seeking counselling and any further information we need to form an holistic view in order to ascertain how we can best help, or whether you need to be referred to someone more specialised in the area they need support.
