Tracy
About
Hi my name is Tracy and I am a children and young poeple’s counsellor. My aim as a person-centred counsellor is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your child or young person can freely explore their thoughts and emotions, build their confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies.
During our sessions, the focus is on listening with acceptance and empathy, ensuring your child or young person feels heard and understood. They’re encouraged to bring up any topic that feels important to them, knowing they will be met with warmth and care as we explore ways to address any challenges they may be facing.

Clinical Background
As an experienced counsellor for children and young people I have supported many individuals with their emotional and mental well being through a children’s charity. Young people today face a range of challenges, including navigating changes related to relationship difficulties at home and school , coping with grief and loss and managing worries around belonging and the future. These can contribute to feelings of anxiety , low self- esteem and reduced confidence.
