Physical Health
The power of good nutrition affects the brain and body.
Stress, depression and anxiety all have negative effects on our immunity and bodily functions.

Emotional Health
Negative thoughts, emotions and trauma are stored in the body following the research by the leading trauma expert Bessel Van Der Kolk affecting the nervous system and the entire organism.

Mental Health
The power of thoughts affect our emotions and can influence our behaviors, choices and general wellbeing. The way we perceive the world is often linked to the meanings we give to our experiences.

Spiritual Health
We look at the person as a whole and what brings them a deep sense of aliveness and sense of interconnectedness, realizing that the search for meaning and fulfillment, purpose and identity is a universal experience that touches us all.
Our Three-Step Counselling Process
At Rewellness Counselling, we make accessing support simple and stress-free. Our process ensures that every client receives the right guidance in a compassionate and structured way.
STEP 1: REACH OUT
Contact Us – Get in touch via our website, email, or phone to discuss your needs and ask any questions.
Choose Your Counsellor – Select a counsellor from our Meet the Team page or let us guide you to the best match based on your needs. We offer different pricing options based on the counsellor’s level of experience—sessions with our standard team members and those with directors are priced accordingly.
STEP 2: INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Understanding Your Needs – The initial assessment is a 60-minute session designed to explore your background, current challenges, and goals for counselling. This session helps your counsellor understand your individual needs and ensures that the support provided is tailored to you.
For Young People’s Counselling – If the counselling is for a young person, the initial assessment is completed by parents/carers before sessions begin. This allows us to gather important background information, understand concerns, and ensure the right support is in place for the young person’s journey.
STEP 3: COUNSELLING & ONGOING SUPPORT
COUNSELLING SESSIONS
Safe & Confidential Space – Engage in 50-minute sessions tailored to individual needs.
Guidance & Support – Our clients will have a space to explore their thoughts and feelings with a qualified counsellor.
Practical Tools – Sessions include coping strategies and techniques to support emotional wellbeing.
ONGOING SUPPORT & PROGRESS
Review & Reflect – Regular check-ins to assess progress and evolving needs.
Flexible Approach – Sessions can continue, pause, or be adjusted as needed.
Building Resilience – Supporting our clients to gain confidence, clarity, and long-term wellbeing strategies.
