About
My name is Paula Phillips. As a qualified integrative counsellor, I pull on a wide range of talking and creative therapies to help young people/adults cope with many of life’s challenges.
I offer a warm empathetic non-judgmental environment and gain great satisfaction from seeing a client make progress, leading to a happier mindset.
I believe counselling achieves the best results by providing a safe space and time to reflect on identified issues while exploring coping strategies used alongside the individual’s own strengths.
