The first time following a choking incident which caused food anxiety and he had stopped eating solid food, within weeks our life was back on track and more recently for general anxiety.
Both times he progressed quickly and Wendy never keeps you going more than is required. She literally has changed our families lives twice and we are forever grateful.

The time from referral to when my teenage son could have his first counselling session was super fast,  and he was able to see someone who had experience and knowledge with autism which was important. Luckily I found ReWellness while searching for help on Google. Donna quickly gained my daughter’s trust and built up good relations with her. She helped to resume my daughter’s hope and courage to live a better life, taught her many useful skills and tools to cope with difficulties and to overcome anxieties. After a few month’s therapy, I feel I no longer need to worry much about her self-harm thoughts or behaviours. She’s generally much happier now than before. I am deeply impressed, not only by Donna’s professionalism, but also that her being genuinely passionate in offering the help to as many young people as she can. The issues started when she went to high school and couldn’t cope with it all. The friendships, bullying, confidence and self esteem etc. As I parent I felt helpless as I couldn’t solve it no matter how hard I’ve tried and wasn’t getting any help from anywhere else. I found Donna and from the first message I knew I made the right choice. Donna was very professional, understanding and helpful and didn’t make us wait managed to see my daughter very quickly which was important. From day one Donna managed to have a great connection with my daughter who is always looking forward to seeing her. I finally have my daughter back, happy, bubbly and confident again!
