Being a teenager comes with so many pressures, and I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate emotions, relationships, and personal challenges. I’ve spent decades working with young people, helping them to make sense of their experiences and build resilience for the future.

I offer a warm and supportive space where teenagers can talk openly and without judgment. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, or difficulties in their relationships, I tailor my approach to meet their needs. Using a combination of therapeutic techniques, I help young people develop confidence, coping strategies, and a greater understanding of themselves. My aim is to empower them to face life’s challenges with strength and self-belief.

For over 20 years, I have been passionate about helping young people navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels natural, safe, and empowering. My heart lies in working creatively with younger children, using play, art, and storytelling to help them express emotions that words alone can’t capture. I believe that play is a child’s language, and through it, I create a space where they can explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Whether a young person is struggling with anxiety, school difficulties, family changes, or past trauma, I tailor each session to their unique needs, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and understood. My greatest joy is seeing young people grow in emotional resilience, feel more secure in themselves, and helping families nurture their well-being.
