Sheila Rewellness Counselling

About

Hi. My name is Debbie Skilling, I have a wealth of experience supporting families, adults, children and young people. I don’t believe there is a one size fits all, everyone is an individual with their own experience of life. I aim to build a respectful and trusting relationship that enables you to identify your unique strengths and what works well in your life, that helps you gain an awareness of the hidden things going on, as well as what may be hindering you and preventing you from living a happy and fulfilling life.

You might say “Why does this keep happening?” Together we can explore and find out the answer.

I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I incorporate different theoretical approaches to help us find what works best for you.

I have also previously worked in schools, and as a family support worker in a Children’s Centre for 10 years. Through this experience I understand the pressures of life that can affect adults and children, and their day-to-day lives from emotional wellbeing at school to parenting, and how supporting children with additional needs can impact family life for all. To top this off I have not only worked with but have lived experience of neurodiversity.
